The Federal Reserve will release Wednesday at 2 p.m. Eastern the minutes of its March policy meeting. The minutes are likely to reveal more detail of officials’ internal discussions of issues such as winding down the Fed’s portfolio, the timing of the next rate move and the balance of risks facing the economy.
