Fed's Evans: Three 2017 Rate Rises Plausible, Four Possible if Inflation Picks Up

Chicago Fed President Charles Evans said the U.S. central bank could raise short-term interest rates four times this year if inflation picks up, but suggested lifting rates three times remains more plausible.
