Italy's Campari Agrees to Buy Maker of Grand Marnier

Italian spirit maker Davide Campari has agreed to buy Société des Produits Marnier Lapostolle, the maker of liqueur Grand Marnier, in a deal valuing the company at around $758.90 million.
