Blackstone Group Nears Deal to Sell Hotel Portfolio to Anbang Insurance Group

China’s Anbang already owns New York’s iconic Waldorf Astoria, and is buying Strategic Hotels & Resorts Inc. from a Blackstone real estate fund.
