ZTE Pays $1 Billion Fine in Settlement with U.S.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross says Chinese telecom giant ZTE will pay a $1 billion fine. The company had been barred from buying American components after being accused of violating U.S. sanctions against North Korea and Iran.
