Justice Department Hasn't Found Evidence to Bring Antitrust Case Against Airlines

Antitrust enforcers have not found evidence that merits a case against the airline industry for collusion between carriers. An investigation launched around May 2015 examined whether the nation’s four largest airlines unlawfully coordinated plans to control flight capacity to keep airfares high.
