Lorillard Seeks Injunction of Zippo Over Blu

Lorillard Inc. said it is taking legal battle with lighter maker Zippo over the Blu brand name to a U.K. High Court, as the tobacco company seeks to protect the trademark for its Blu range of e-cigarettes.
