Lawyer Says Client Is Honest or 'Lamest Insider Trader in History'

Nelson J. Obus, manager of New York-based hedge fund Wynnefield Capital Inc., is either an honest man or "the lamest insider trader in history," his lawyer said Monday, as the trial began in one of the SEC's longest-running cases.
