Encana's PrairieSky Spinoff Could Raise as Much as C$1.46 Billion

Encana Corp. sharply boosted the number of shares of its royalty business it plans to sell in an initial public offering and said it could raise as much as 1.46 billion Canadian dollars ($1.34 billion) from the spinoff.
