Danish card-payment company Nets, little more than a month after Bain Capital and other investors agreed to acquire it, is at the center of a growing media controversy in Denmark that involves the alleged leak of sensitive personal data of prominent individuals to a weekly tabloid and is the subject of a police investigation.
