Glencore Xstrata Posts Large Loss

Glencore Xstrata swung to a net loss in 2013 after a massive $7.5 billion goodwill write-down against its purchase of Anglo-Swiss miner Xstrata. The company said it is continuing with the sale of its Peruvian copper project.
