Martha Stewart Living, Macy's Settle Dispute

Macy's had sued Martha Stewart's company in 2012, alleging it violated an exclusive merchandising agreement when it signed a similar deal with J.C. Penney to sell housewares, bedding and other Martha Stewart products.
