Philip Morris, Japan Tobacco to Buy Stakes in Russian Co.

Philip Morris International Inc. and Japan Tobacco Inc. each agreed to buy a 20% stake in Megapolis Distribution BV, granting the cigarette makers an interest in their Russian distributor.
