Australia Blocks ADM's Takeover of GrainCorp

Australia's Treasurer said he'd blocked a $2.7 billion bid by U.S. agribusiness company Archer Daniels Midland Co. to buy grain handler GrainCorp. on grounds a takeover would go against the national interest.
